I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Justin at Tasca Buick GMC Melbourne. What started as an absolutely devastating day somehow turned into one of the most positive dealership experiences my husband and I have ever had, and that was entirely because of Justin. We originally brought our truck in for a diagnostic test because we could tell something was not right with the transmission. Unfortunately, our worst fear was confirmed. The transmission needed to be replaced, along with several other miscellaneous repairs, and we were looking at a bill of more than $8,000. To say we were devastated would be an understatement. This truck was our family’s only vehicle, we absolutely did not have $8,000 to put into repairs, and to make matters even more heartbreaking, we only had TWO payments left before the truck would have been completely paid off. We had been so close to finally being car-payment free, and suddenly we felt completely defeated and unsure of what we were going to do. Then we met Justin. Justin truly took us under his wing from the very beginning. He listened to our situation, understood how stressful and overwhelming it was for us, and immediately started going through different options to see what he could do to help. At no point did we ever feel pressured, rushed, or like we were simply another sale. He treated us like actual people who had unexpectedly found themselves in a really difficult situation and genuinely wanted to help us find a solution. And somehow, he did exactly that. Justin was able to get us into a new vehicle that is FOUR YEARS NEWER than our truck while keeping our monthly payment right around the amount we told him we needed it to be. Even better, there was no exhausting back and forth, no uncomfortable haggling, and none of the stress that so often comes with buying a vehicle. The amount of weight Justin lifted off both my husband’s and my shoulders that day is honestly difficult to put into words. Took Cadillac XT4 in for check engine light. Needed a purge pump. Covered by special GM warranty. Richard took great care of me explaining what needed to be done. Just one delay due to parts on order. While waiting for parts I had an oil change. Due to the time, i was given a rental car. Vehicle was completed in 5 days. That’s not the case for Ryan and his team at the TASCA Buick GMC dealership in melbourne. His team has continuously gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy every step of the way. It’s reassuring to see people in the customer service industry that still care and are willing to go above and beyond to provide the best client experience! I will most certainly continue to use them and I would encourage anybody who’s not happy with their current dealership or servicing arrangement to go see Ryan and his team, they will take great care of you!!

Very efficient, polite and thorough. I dreaded routine maintenance on other vehicles in the past but I have only had the best experiences here love it.

I LOVE this dealership’s service department! We always get treated like royalty and the car is kept in perfect mechanical condition with their maintenance and care. Greg Gorman has helped us multiple times when we’ve brought in our Escalade - and he’s fantastic to work with. Always has fun conversation and remembers us from our last visits. When we need anything extra, he goes out of his way to take care of us. I hope he never leaves the dealership - or we may have to follow him.
