Excellent and exceptional service staff. Professional and hassle free. They took care of me after being towed using GMC roadside assistance. Providing me with a rental and taking care of the fuel module on my Sierra the next day. This was all done the day after Christmas. I choose being towed to Tasca after calling other GMC dealers up the coast from West Palm Beach where the truck originally broke down. Lucky me, thanks Tasca!

Brought my car in under factory warranty for a noise coming from the engine. They kept the car for a few weeks diagnosing and diligently replacing parts. In the end they found the problem and fixed it. While the car was in the shop they provided me with a rental car of the same size. Greg Gorman was great, always willing to answer questions and keep me informed.

Randomly stopped in looking at trucks, we are from Minnesota. Justin happened to be outside and started a conversation. Asked what we were looking for and a few hours later we were driving away with our Sierra AT4 truck. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, personable and most important, honest. Rose was great. Brought my Escalade in for service and she them right on it. She had excellent communication and let me know what was going on throughout the repair. Contacted me that it would take a couple days and assisted in getting us a loaner car. Simply was a painless process thank to Rose. She is a true professional who cares for her customers. After visiting several other dealerships, I wanted to look at the Buick Encore which I was somewhat familiar with. Hunter greeted me and was very knowledgeable about the car so I decided to purchase one. We recently bought a used vehicle from another dealer on the west coast of Florida. We had an issue with the passenger side headlight not leveling. Tasca is our local Cadillac Dealer/service center. The vehicle is still under warranty. The headlight assembly was replaced under warranty with no cost to us. The service center was great. No issues at all. Greg was very helpful and friendly. Recently bought a GMC Canyon, the salesman Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable on the truck. He set up all the tech as I wanted it without having to go home and watch videos or read manuals. He went the extra mile to make the sale coming in on his day off. Mike also went out of his way to manually input the finance information due to the CDK cyber attack ..my experience with TASCA was a great one and I would recommend the dealership to my friends and I would buy here again.
When I recently bought a new Buick Envision, Julio was my salesman. He and Rob were efficient and professional throughout my time there. They were also straightforward and listened to what my preferences were. It seems to me that Tasca and or Buick have a more customer friendly policy. Tasca Buick GMC Cadillac's Body Shop performed an outstanding job on my car which was badly damaged due to an accident on September 14 when we experienced flooding here in Melbourne.
