I use this dealership for the excellent service. Even though the oil changes are a bit pricey they do include tire rotation and a car wash after service. Richard was our service advisor, and we will ask for him again when it's time to service our other vehichle.

My 2018 Cadillac XT-5 needed a new AC evaporator which turned out to be a long servicing experience due to the diagnostic and installation process. Sassan Moayer was on his sixth day as a service representative but nonetheless managed to provide excellent support for my numerous inquiries and concerns. He managed the process like a veteran and will hopefully become my go-to service person for all future visits to Tasca in Melbourne Florida. His diligence makes using Tasca as my dealer of choice (there's a Cadillac dealer in Vero Beach where I live) a satisfying decision.

Good morning, I was a little disappointed at my last service for my Denali Truck. First, it seems that there has been a 100% turn-over of GMC service team members and only 2 supporting a very busy operation. I run a business myself and I recognize the importance of having an A team, staffing and customer care. I write this review because I love my truck and have aleays had good experiences at TASCA. The staff was very friendly and transparent. I went in for an oil change, and the day of the oil change I made a last minute request for a second key fob. They were able to assist me in getting a duplicate made. I unexpectedly had to leave my car for a few days due to work, and they had no issue with it staying longer than I originally said. I will defiantly be back for service and the next Cadillac I purchase will from Tasca.

I started my journey a few weeks back looking for a new or used GMC Sierra 1500. I constantly ran into bait n switch, surprise add ons, and/or inflated fees. I would strongly advise against using Tasca GMC in Melbourne for service. My experience with their service department has been consistently disappointing and frustrating. The staff seems indifferent to customer needs unless, of course, they're trying to upsell inflated services. Each visit has been a lesson in poor customer service, from cosmetic damage occurring during routine oil changes and tire rotations to disagreements over warranty coverage for an obvious manufacturing defect. As part of the GMC family, the dealership is accountable for these issues, yet there is no sense of responsibility from their end. Currently, I’ve been without ...

Enjoyed the entire car buying experience. Salesman, Julio, was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate several purchase options resulting in us getting exactly what we needed at the right price. Very Disappointed with GM failing to include accessories in the sale of the Canyon AT4. I am very disappointed that GM does not provide the Owner’s Manual as a standard item or accessory in the purchase the Canyon AT4. I further feel that I shouldn’t have to pay for or purchase the Owner’s manual for the Canyon AT4, because I believe this manual should be included at the price of the vehicle. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist upon arrival. An associate immediately came out and showed us options of what we were looking for. The experience was attentive and considerate to the reason why we were there. Sales and management were open to getting the deal done and we both walked away satisfied. Very accommodating staff.

Daniel was eager to help, as it was it was only his 2nd day in this position, but he pursued every opportunity to be helpful and keep me informed of my vehicle status. I was there to get an oil change, covered by my Ally Maintenace Extended Warranty.

I was over charged and due a refund on 6 February 2025. I made several requests to get my refund but So far I haven’t received it. Joe only responded once in the past 5 weeks, and on 28 February said he check was in the mail. It is now 14 March and no refund. So I left several more messages yesterday but still no response, This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! No follow through to resolve a simple issue.

This vehicle purchase was the quickest and seamless vehicle purchase I’ve made in years. The sales staff was attentive to my requests and provided me all of the vehicle information that I needed prior to my arrival from out of the area. I bought a Hyundai Sonata in December 2024 that I've had absolutely nothing but trouble with. Within two weeks of buying the car, the oil light came on. I took it to the service department and was told - oh it's probably that they forgot to reset it when they changed the oil. I didn't even leave the lot before the light came back on. Great service as always. Service writer is the best I know and known him for 15 plus years. Never an issue always great and a true professional. Now the bad. Cadillac is as luxury brand but when your cashier blames the customer for billing warranty as CP there is a huge issue. And has to be shown the problem and the customer has to come back to get a credit issued and be re-billed. This type of incompetence should never happen at a top line dealership. I will keep using TASCA for all my service and repair needs but I hope ...

For some reason a 1 star review from me was posted. This is not the case. I have leased my 3rd vehicle recently with Tasca and I could not be happier. They provide excellent service whether buying/leasing or getting your car in for service. I was recently in for an oil change and Brian assisted me in getting what I needed done in a timely manner, was respectful and knowledgeable. I will always go back.

My car was in an accident. I had it towed to Tasca because of their reputation for service. Ultimately, the car was totaled by the insurer. Tasca was helpful and courteous about getting my personal stuff out of the car. Also, about the paperwork, they were most helpful!
