The staff is somewhat accommodating. Some are more customer service oriented than others. The price of the services would be deal breaker for me. My experiences with them has good.
My rep was lovely. Very respectful and thoughtful. I know it isn't his fault that an oil change turned into a 3 hour affair. They had to check to see if a tire monitor was covered. No idea why that would take so long. The waiting area was comfortable and had snacks...a nice touch!
Julio was extremely helpful and easy to work with as usual. This was the third SVU purchased with his help.

My service advisor Kelly, helped me through the entire process. She made timely calls to me and the warranty company. The issues with my vehicle were serviced and it was returned the next day.
