I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Justin at Tasca Buick GMC Melbourne. What started as an absolutely devastating day somehow turned into one of the most positive dealership experiences my husband and I have ever had, and that was entirely because of Justin. We originally brought our truck in for a diagnostic test because we could tell something was not right with the transmission. Unfortunately, our worst fear was confirmed. The transmission needed to be replaced, along with several other miscellaneous repairs, and we were looking at a bill of more than $8,000. To say we were devastated would be an understatement. This truck was our family’s only vehicle, we absolutely did not have $8,000 to put into repairs, and to make matters even more heartbreaking, we only had TWO payments left before the truck would have been completely paid off. We had been so close to finally being car-payment free, and suddenly we felt completely defeated and unsure of what we were going to do. Then we met Justin. Justin truly took us under his wing from the very beginning. He listened to our situation, understood how stressful and overwhelming it was for us, and immediately started going through different options to see what he could do to help. At no point did we ever feel pressured, rushed, or like we were simply another sale. He treated us like actual people who had unexpectedly found themselves in a really difficult situation and genuinely wanted to help us find a solution. And somehow, he did exactly that. Justin was able to get us into a new vehicle that is FOUR YEARS NEWER than our truck while keeping our monthly payment right around the amount we told him we needed it to be. Even better, there was no exhausting back and forth, no uncomfortable haggling, and none of the stress that so often comes with buying a vehicle. The amount of weight Justin lifted off both my husband’s and my shoulders that day is honestly difficult to put into words. We walked into the dealership feeling devastated and overwhelmed, wondering how we were going to manage an $8,000+ repair on our only vehicle, and we walked out feeling relieved, grateful, and incredibly blessed. On top of everything else, Justin worked incredibly quickly and made the entire process unbelievably smooth and easy. I can confidently say this was the easiest, most pleasant, and most stress free experience I have EVER had with a dealership. Justin did so much more than sell us a vehicle. He helped our family find a way forward during a situation that felt impossible when we first received the diagnosis on our truck. That kind of customer service, compassion, honesty, and genuine care is something you simply do not forget. If you are looking for someone who will actually listen to you, respect your budget, work hard for you, and treat you like a person rather than a number, ASK FOR JUSTIN. We are beyond grateful for everything he did for our family and cannot recommend him highly enough. When I first got to the dealership I was a little bit early. I was treated very well. I was told that if I could just hold on while they finished up the customer in front of me, they would be more than happy to get my paperwork. He asked me what the name on the vehicle was and what kind of vehicle it was. I gave him my name and laughed and said very politely “ my husband’s very big truck “ He was very polite and said no problem I can pull it up by the name. My husband had just had a traumatic accident ( not in the truck-thank goodness) I just needed to have the vehicle taken care of. It is in my name as Primary so they were very good to me, and able to help me take care of everything. They were wonderful needless to say and I was grateful. Took Cadillac XT4 in for check engine light. Needed a purge pump. Covered by special GM warranty. Richard took great care of me explaining what needed to be done. Just one delay due to parts on order. While waiting for parts I had an oil change. Due to the time, i was given a rental car. Vehicle was completed in 5 days. Richard kept me informed of progress and completed repair. I have full confidence in Richard's abilities and would recommend him to anyone for service. Very Satisfied customer. Thanks Gary

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Roman at Tasca GMC! From the very beginning, Roman was patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We weren’t actually planning on buying a new vehicle because we genuinely love our 2024 GMC Yukon XL AT4 and were perfectly happy keeping it for many more years. We were only willing to consider upgrading if the numbers made sense. Roman took the time to listen to what was important to us rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive vehicle. We looked at several different options, including a Denali Ultimate, but ultimately decided that the 2026 Yukon XL AT4 was the best fit for our family. What I appreciated most was Roman’s willingness to work with us on the numbers. We went back and forth quite a bit, and he continued to work with us until we reached a deal that made sense. He was always responsive to my questions, never made me feel rushed, and was very straightforward throughout the process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you’re trading in a vehicle you already love, but Roman made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. I truly felt like he wanted to earn our business rather than just make a sale. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you to find the right vehicle and the right numbers, I highly recommend asking for Roman. Brought my 2025 Buick Envista in to have coolant checked - I was told it would roughly take 3 hours, so Kelly arranged for the shuttle to take me home - as soon as the shuttle arrived back at dealership to pick me up, my car was finished - Kelly had offered me a complimentary car wash (Which is apparently done by hand) - the end result was BEAUTIFUL! In less than half the time I was quoted, I was back at home with my pretty clean car - it feels great knowing Tasca performed a detailed check on everything, knowing that my car is safe means everything!

Brought my car in to have coolant checked - was quoted a timeframe of 3 hours, but in maybe half that time I was back on the road with a shiny clean car - thank you Kelly for offering up the complimentary wash! (Apparently it’s done by hand & looked PHENOMENAL!) it’s nice knowing my cars been thoroughly checked over & is safe on the road… Appreciating all of you!
