I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Roman at Tasca GMC! From the very beginning, Roman was patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We weren’t actually planning on buying a new vehicle because we genuinely love our 2024 GMC Yukon XL AT4 and were perfectly happy keeping it for many more years. We were only willing to consider upgrading if the numbers made sense. Roman took the time to listen to what was important to us rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive vehicle. We looked at several different options, including a Denali Ultimate, but ultimately decided that the 2026 Yukon XL AT4 was the best fit for our family. What I appreciated most was Roman’s willingness to work with us on the numbers. We went back and forth quite a bit, and he continued to work with us until we reached a deal that made sense. He was always responsive to my questions, never made me feel rushed, and was very straightforward throughout the process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you’re trading in a vehicle you already love, but Roman made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. I truly felt like he wanted to earn our business rather than just make a sale. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you to find the right vehicle and the right numbers, I highly recommend asking for Roman. Brought my 2025 Buick Envista in to have coolant checked - I was told it would roughly take 3 hours, so Kelly arranged for the shuttle to take me home - as soon as the shuttle arrived back at dealership to pick me up, my car was finished - Kelly had offered me a complimentary car wash (Which is apparently done by hand) - the end result was BEAUTIFUL! In less than half the time I was quoted, I was back at home with my pretty clean car - it feels great knowing Tasca performed a detailed check on everything, knowing that my car is safe means everything!

Brought my car in to have coolant checked - was quoted a timeframe of 3 hours, but in maybe half that time I was back on the road with a shiny clean car - thank you Kelly for offering up the complimentary wash! (Apparently it’s done by hand & looked PHENOMENAL!) it’s nice knowing my cars been thoroughly checked over & is safe on the road… Appreciating all of you!

I came in because my check engine light came on. I was happy to see Cassie working. She is the Service Manager who has helped me in the past. I trust her implicitly! She listened to me, and let me know what to expect. She decided to check to see if they had part I needed. Short story, she helped get me checked in, arranged for a courtesy ride back to my office, and everything was fixed shortly after 2pm. Cassie is a ROCK STAR and she deserves a raise!!!! I will always call her, or go see her, for all of my future needs.

Very efficient, polite and thorough. I dreaded routine maintenance on other vehicles in the past but I have only had the best experiences here love it.

Greg and lord knows I can’t remember the other men’s names but the guy who repaired my windshield and the guy who does the shuttle rides. Thank yall so very much. Your customer service was top tier and each of you went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Hopefully I do not have to come back but if I do I have good faith you guys will take great care of me and my vehicle.
