I was over charged and due a refund on 6 February 2025. I made several requests to get my refund but So far I haven’t received it. Joe only responded once in the past 5 weeks, and on 28 February said he check was in the mail. It is now 14 March and no refund. So I left several more messages yesterday but still no response, This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! No follow through to resolve a simple issue.
This vehicle purchase was the quickest and seamless vehicle purchase I’ve made in years. The sales staff was attentive to my requests and provided me all of the vehicle information that I needed prior to my arrival from out of the area. Everything about my vehicle matched their online listing exactly. They addressed any need/question with courtesy and professionalism. If I need another vehicle, without a doubt, I will be visiting this location to see their inventory. There was no pressure to make a purchase, nor any additional warranty/service, and at minimum, I recommend a visit to this dealership when looking for a vehicle. I rarely leave reviews, but this purchase warranted one.
I bought a Hyundai Sonata in December 2024 that I've had absolutely nothing but trouble with. Within two weeks of buying the car, the oil light came on. I took it to the service department and was told - oh it's probably that they forgot to reset it when they changed the oil. I didn't even leave the lot before the light came back on. They "checked" and "found no leaks" and topped it up. Three weeks later, the light was back on. I insisted there was an oil leak, though the customer service guy stated that it was an older car and probably was burning oil. I insisted they check and yep - seals were broken. They fixed that and less than a month later I had two more warning lights on. They diagonsed it and yep two sensors bad. I reported at the same time the steering was making grinding noises. They "oiled" the part and sent me on my merry way. Friday - barely 3 months owning this car - the steering column was completely broken. Luckily I was close to home. They sold me an absolute lemon of a car after assuring me they'd done full safety inspections. Talking to people in the service department, mine isn't the only one with trouble. One guy's car door completely fell off. He took it in to be repaired and drove it home "fixed" and that night the other door fell off. I will tell everyone I meet NOT to buy a car from Tasca and definitely not to take the car to the service department where they will tell you it's fixes without really doing anything.
Our salesperson, Joe, was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The whole process went very smoothly for the purchase of our new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership based on the quality of service we received.
This place rocks and it mainly due to Cassandra. Cassandra is a rock star. She was the first person I saw in the service department and she made sure my needs were addressed. She always took the time to take care of me, the customer. I have my truck back and it is running perfect. So kudos to the Tech team also. Thanks Cassandra and Tech team
We stopped to look at an Envision and started talking to Chad Basinger, he found the vehicle I was interested in, we took a road test and decided we wanted to buy it. Chad was 10 Star sales person. In fact I just gave his business card to a neighbor who loved my vehicle. Next time we are shopping for a vehicle we will see Chad. Tony in Finance was very helpful explaining everything as well. Great service as always. Service writer is the best I know and known him for 15 plus years. Never an issue always great and a true professional. Now the bad. Cadillac is as luxury brand but when your cashier blames the customer for billing warranty as CP there is a huge issue. And has to be shown the problem and the customer has to come back to get a credit issued and be re-billed. This type of incompetence should never happen at a top line dealership. I will keep using TASCA for all my service and repair needs but I hope you can hire a cashier they is competent at her job so we can avoid problems like this in the future.

For some reason a 1 star review from me was posted. This is not the case. I have leased my 3rd vehicle recently with Tasca and I could not be happier. They provide excellent service whether buying/leasing or getting your car in for service. I was recently in for an oil change and Brian assisted me in getting what I needed done in a timely manner, was respectful and knowledgeable. I will always go back.

My car was in an accident. I had it towed to Tasca because of their reputation for service. Ultimately, the car was totaled by the insurer. Tasca was helpful and courteous about getting my personal stuff out of the car. Also, about the paperwork, they were most helpful!

I normally hate going to dealerships because the sales people always seem so pushy. I dreaded going, but I knew what I wanted to test drive for a possible purchase. Joe was different. Joe was amazing and very personable. Offered us drinks and snacks while we waited. He never tried to sway us to purchase a different, more expensive vehicle than what we had gone to test drive. He wasn’t pushy like I was expecting from a sales person. Joe was by far the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. Brad was great too. He tried to sell us the extended warranty, but never tried to persuade once we declined it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! Thank you so much for everything. Enjoying the Ford Lightning!
