I was a bit disappointed that my vehicle was not properly washed before leaving, as I was informed of a courtesy wash. My Service Advisor, did not provide me with accurate information regarding the part needed to repair my XT4. For several weeks, I was repeatedly told that a camera was being ordered. However, when I finally reviewed the final service statement, I learned that it was actually the module that had failed and needed to be replaced. He did apologize, and I appreciate that. However, as a Service Advisor, I expect accurate information and a clear understanding of the service being performed on my vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that Richard is not as knowledgeable about the products he services as I would expect. Moving forward, I would prefer to work with someone else, as I have greater confidence that person will have knowledge and communication.
