Since they didn’t have one on the lot, he drove all the way to Daytona Beach to get it for me instead of trying to talk me into something else. What impressed me most was that he sent me a video of the car while he was there, without me even asking. It was a very thoughtful gesture and showed how much he cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. The car was everything I wanted and more! Always appreciate the time and details from the service department. I never feel pressure to get “all the things” done NOW during maintenance visits. There’s a plan of what needs to happen first and what will be coming up in the future, so I can save my pennies😉 As a widow, I appreciate the relationship with Greg since the early 2000’s when my husband dealt with the car things. It could be “scary” as a woman to have to keep up with car maintenance and hoping not to get scammed into work that doesn’t need to be done. I never feel worried. I know he is looking out to make sure my car is safe, my warranty requirements are met and I’m not breaking the bank at every visit. And I usually get to drive a fun new car for a couple days while mine is being serviced. Can’t put a price in excellent customer service.

Greg was amazing! He communicated well throughout the entire process of the repairs to our Cadillac XT6. He handled all communication with the extended warranty to ensure we obtained the proper coverage. He definitely advocated for us and our car. We highly recommend Geg at Tasca Buick! Great people!

The staff is somewhat accommodating. Some are more customer service oriented than others. The price of the services would be deal breaker for me. My experiences with them has good.

My rep was lovely. Very respectful and thoughtful. I know it isn't his fault that an oil change turned into a 3 hour affair. They had to check to see if a tire monitor was covered. No idea why that would take so long. The waiting area was comfortable and had snacks...a nice touch!

Julio was extremely helpful and easy to work with as usual. This was the third SVU purchased with his help.
